Bodycam: Mom Screams After Allegedly Killing 7-Year-Old Daughter in Crash, Admits to Drug Use

Bodycam footage shows the aftermath of a deadly crash that left a 7-year-old dead and a 5-year-old injured on October 16. Pike County authorities said 43-year-old Chasity Bliss allegedly crashed into a pole and tree after losing control of her vehicle while driving while intoxicated. The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested Bliss for OVI on the scene after performing sobriety tests. She was later charged with aggravated vehicular manslaughter and child endangerment
