Police Bodycam: Teacher Arrested at School for ‘Drunkenness’ After Alcohol Was Smelled on Her Breath
An elementary school teacher in Oklahoma was arrested for public intoxication after she blew a 0.066 and appeared to be drunk inside the classroom. Tecumseh police say Jennifer Davis’ eyes were red and glassy and she had slurred speech when they sat down with her at 8:45 a.m. on September 7. "Please don't do this,” Davis can be heard saying on body camera footage. “I will have my sister come get me and I will resign." Davis said she had a glass of wine the night before, but nothing on the day of her arrest.
